4. Collecting and Returning Vehicles

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- Prohibited activities include any illegal use of the vehicle, such as racing or off-roading, and transporting hazardous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not tolerated. Additionally, exceeding passenger limits or driving outside designated geographical areas without prior approval is prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Burnt Oak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
